We are a product strategy and innovation studio. In this notice, “WITHIN”, “we” and “us” mean WITHIN Design Lab S.L., and “the site” means withindesign.pro and every page under it. This notice is published to meet Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

Visiting the site means accepting this notice as it reads on the day you visit.

The site is here to show our work and let you reach us. Use it lawfully and in good faith. Do not use it in a way that breaks the law, damages the site or the servers it runs on, interferes with anyone else’s use of it, or infringes anyone’s rights, and do not introduce code intended to alter or damage any system.

If you do not accept this notice, please do not use the site.

Information, kept accurate, and open to change.

We may change, move or withdraw any part of the site at any time and without notice, including the projects shown and the services described. Nothing published here is a binding offer: a project becomes an engagement only once it is agreed in writing between us.

We work to keep the site available and correct, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of error or available without interruption. Maintenance, a hosting failure or anything outside our control may take it offline.

The work on this site is ours, or our clients’, and is not free to reuse.

Everything the site is made of — the text, the photography, the drawings, the films, the layout, the source code, the WITHIN name and wordmark — belongs to WITHIN Design Lab S.L. or to the clients and collaborators who hold the rights to it, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Products shown in the case studies are published with our clients’ agreement; their brands remain theirs.

Visiting the site grants you no licence over any of it. Beyond what the law allows without permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform any part of it without our written consent. You are welcome to link to any page of this site as it stands, provided the link does not suggest that we endorse you or take part in what you do. If you would like to use an image or a text, write to us: the answer is usually yes.

Where we send you elsewhere, the elsewhere is not ours.

Some pages link to sites we do not run. A link points you at a source; it does not endorse it. We have no control over what those sites publish or how they handle your data, and once you follow one, their terms apply rather than ours.

What personal data reaches us, why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you hold over it are all set out in our privacy policy. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, which is why you were never asked to accept any.

We answer for our own doing, within what the law allows.

Except where Spanish law provides otherwise, and to the extent it does, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of this site, from its being unavailable, or from anything published on the sites it links to. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

We update this notice whenever the site, or the law behind it, changes.

The version published on this page is always the current one, and the date at the top says when it was last updated.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute concerning the site or this notice goes to the courts of the city of Barcelona, unless you are acting as a consumer and the law gives you the right to bring it before the courts where you live, in which case that right stands.

Notices to us should be sent in writing to the registered office or the email address in section 01, and are treated as received when they reach us there.
